Why we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, discuss potential work, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services and maintain our business records. Our lawful basis is usually taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, or our legitimate interests in running and improving our business.

Who receives it

We use Cloudflare to host this website. Your browser may also contact Google to load the IBM Plex fonts used on the site. We do not sell personal information. We only share information with service providers where needed to run the business or where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Project, contract and financial records may be kept for longer where needed for legal, tax or accounting purposes.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or object to its use in certain circumstances. To do so, email us using the address above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site does not currently use advertising, analytics or other optional tracking cookies. If this changes, this notice and the site’s cookie controls will be updated before those tools are used.
